Shipping Policy
I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing your order. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.After placing an order, we kindly request that you monitor your email closely, as we may require additional information to process your order.
What countries do you support for delivery?
We only support shipping to the United States. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping Fees:
We offer a fixed shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders.
For orders over $49, shipping is free of charge.
Shipping Time:
The average shipping time to the US is 14-28 business days after processing. For Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Marshall Islands, the average shipping time is 21-35 business days after processing.
Please note that there are certain situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions, which may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, our carriers may experience unforeseen situations and delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates; the carriers are responsible for that.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance with compensation.
Shipping Carrier:
Our carriers include but are not limited to UPS, DHL, FedEx, and others. We will select the best carrier option for your order to ensure that your package arrives as soon as possible.
Origin of your order:
Our warehouses are located in the Mainland China.
Based on your selected order and shipping address, we will ship your package from the nearest available warehouse that has your items in stock.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for each order. You can track your product after it has been shipped. Please note that our product research team takes time to find high-quality and reasonably priced products, so each product may be shipped from different operating centers around the world.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. If you fail to cancel within this time frame, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, including any shipping fees associated with the return.
To cancel your order, simply send us an email at support@jiandankuajing.buzz within 24 hours of placing your order with the subject line "Cancellation."
I entered the wrong address!
If you have misspelled your address or the auto-fill provided incorrect information, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Please notify us immediately via email at support@jiandankuajing.buzz. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.
My item arrived damaged.
We take extra care to ship each item carefully. However, despite our best efforts, approximately one in a thousand products may be damaged in transit due to mishandling by postal services.
